State Resources

SPD provides support for qualified adults and children with developmental disabilities through a combination of case management and services. Developmental disabilities include mental retardation, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, autism and other impairments of the brain that occur during childhood.
 
The Arc of Oregon, together with its network of members and affiliated chapters, advocates for the rights and full community participation of all children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
 
ASO's mission is to empower individuals with autism, their families and thier service providers to improve the quality of thier lives through support and information.

AAPD is the largest national nonprofit cross-disability member organization in the United States, dedicated to ensuring economic self-sufficiency and political empowerment for the more than 50 million Americans with disabilities.
